Scope
These terms govern the rental of inflatable boats, SUPs, canoes, pedal boats and sports equipment at Free Time Rent Boat Margidore, Margidore Beach, Capoliveri (Elba Island).
Bookings and payments
Bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone or contact form and are confirmed only after our explicit confirmation. Prices and payment methods are communicated at the time of booking.
Responsibility and safety
The driver is responsible for the equipment during the rental and agrees to follow the instructions received during the briefing and the applicable maritime regulations.
Bad weather and cancellations
In case of adverse sea or weather conditions, the booking is rescheduled or fully refunded. This text is a base template and must be reviewed by the owner before final publication.
